Role Description

The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU11/26) will deliver live online English lessons to learners of various ages and proficiency levels using virtual classroom tools and platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting engaging lessons, following provided curricula, assessing learner progress, and offering constructive feedback to improve language skills. The tutor will manage class schedules, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and communicate clearly with learners and, where relevant, caregivers. Responsibilities also include adapting teaching strategies to individual learner needs, participating in training or coaching sessions, and ensuring a supportive, inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability and reliable internet access.
