The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref: EDU22/26) will deliver live, virtual English lessons to learners of various ages and proficiency levels in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Guiding learners through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities
- Using online platforms and tools to manage classes and learning materials
- Assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adjusting lesson plans to meet individual and group needs

Additional responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining accurate records of lessons and attendance
- Communicating with learners and support staff as needed
- Participating in occasional training or development sessions to improve teaching practice
Qualification
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to create inclusive, engaging lessons for diverse learners
- Comfort with using video conferencing tools and online learning platforms
- TEFL/TESOL certification or relevant training is highly beneficial
