Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU23/26) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging, student-centered English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning and conducting live online classes
- Following provided curricula or lesson guidelines
- Adapting teaching materials to meet individual learner needs
- Assessing student progress through informal evaluations
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
- Communicating professionally with learners and support staff
- Managing scheduling and lesson preparation
- Using digital tools and platforms to create an interactive and inclusive online learning environment

Qualifications
- Comfort with online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic digital literacy
- Reliable internet connection, suitable quiet workspace, and the ability to work full time in a remote setting
- Demonstrated patience, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-focused approach; prior mentoring or coaching experience is a plus
