Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref: EDU27/26) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging English lessons to learners of varying ages and language levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting live online classes
- Following established lesson plans or creating simple learning materials
- Using digital tools and platforms to deliver interactive instruction
- Assessing learner progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs
Additional tasks may include:
- Maintaining accurate records of lessons and attendance
- Communicating with learners or guardians as needed
- Participating in occasional training or coaching sessions provided by eTEFL Training & Recruitment

Qualifications
- Comfort with using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic digital resources
- TEFL, TESOL, or similar entry-level teaching certification (or willingness to obtain one) is beneficial
- Reliable internet connection, suitable device for video lessons, and a quiet teaching environment
- Patience, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine interest in supporting language learners
