Role Description
This full-time remote Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU28/26) role involves delivering live, online English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels. The tutor will plan and conduct engaging lessons, following provided curricula and materials while adapting content to learners’ needs and goals. Daily tasks include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate lesson records and attendance. The tutor will interact with learners via virtual classroom platforms, manage basic technical aspects of online sessions, and communicate with the eTEFL Training & Recruitment team regarding student progress and scheduling. The role requires consistent availability, professionalism, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Patience, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered approach to teaching diverse student groups.
- Access to a quiet workspace, a stable internet connection, and appropriate hardware (computer, headset, webcam).
