Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU29/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of various ages and proficiency levels through online platforms. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Delivering engaging live lessons
- Following provided curricula or lesson plans
- Adapting teaching materials to meet individual learner needs
- Monitoring student progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate records of lessons and assessments
Responsibilities also include:
- Preparing digital teaching resources
- Managing scheduling and lesson bookings
- Communicating professionally with students and, where applicable, their parents or guardians
The role requires consistent punctuality, reliable online presence, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications
- Fluent or near-native English proficiency, with clear spoken and written communication
- TEFL/TESOL certification or enrollment in a TEFL/TESOL program is highly beneficial, especially for entry-level applicants
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, a suitable computer or laptop, and a quiet, professional workspace for online teaching
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to motivate and support learners in an online environment
