Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU30/26) will deliver live, virtual English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Planning engaging lesson activities
- Presenting course materials online
- Monitoring learner progress
- Providing constructive feedback
The tutor will use digital tools and platforms to conduct classes, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records of lessons and student performance. The role also involves:
- Adapting teaching methods to suit individual learner needs
- Communicating clearly with learners and, where applicable, their guardians
- Participating in occasional training or coaching sessions

This is a full-time remote role that requires reliable internet access and the ability to work independently from a home-based environment.
Qualifications
- Comfort with using online learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic educational technology
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, suitable devices (computer, headset, webcam), and a quiet, professional workspace
- Patience, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-focused mindset, with an interest in supporting students from diverse backgrounds
