Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU31/26) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Planning and conducting online lessons
- Following provided curricula or lesson guidelines
- Using virtual classroom tools to support interactive learning
The tutor will:
- Assess learner progress
- Provide constructive feedback
- Adjust teaching methods to meet individual needs
Responsibilities also include:
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
- Communicating with learners or guardians as needed
- Participating in periodic training or coaching sessions provided by eTEFL Training & Recruitment’s partner institutions
