Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref: ESLTALK) role is a full-time remote position focused on teaching English to learners of various ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting live online lessons
- Following provided curricula or lesson plans
- Adapting teaching methods to suit individual learner needs
- Assessing student progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate records of lessons and attendance
Additional tasks may include:
- Preparing learning materials
- Participating in occasional training sessions
- Coordinating with support staff to ensure a consistent and engaging learning experience

Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills, including clear pronunciation and the ability to explain concepts simply.
- Comfort with online learning platforms, basic technology troubleshooting, and stable internet access for remote work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a consistent teaching schedule in a remote setting.
