Role Description

- Planning and conducting interactive lessons
- Assessing learner progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Adapting teaching materials to meet individual needs
The tutor will use virtual classroom tools and digital resources, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and communicate regularly with learners and, where applicable, their guardians. The role also involves participating in occasional training sessions, following company teaching guidelines, and contributing to a supportive online learning environment.

Qualifications
- Comfort with online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital learning resources
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle full-time remote work and maintain consistent teaching schedules
- Patience, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build rapport with learners from diverse backgrounds
