Role Description
The Entry-Level ESOL Interactive Online Tutor (Edu) will deliver live, engaging online English lessons to learners whose first language is not English. In this remote contract role, the tutor will guide learners through interactive activities, support their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and adapt lesson plans to different proficiency levels.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Preparing lesson materials
- Conducting virtual tutoring sessions
- Providing constructive feedback
- Tracking learner progress
- Maintaining accurate records
The tutor will also use online platforms and digital tools to create a supportive learning environment, respond to learner questions, and collaborate with the team to improve instructional content and methods.

Qualifications
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital resources.
- Ability to explain concepts simply, adapt to different learning styles, and encourage learner participation.
- Prior experience with online or in-person tutoring, especially with multilingual learners, is an advantage.
