Role Description
The Entry-Level ESOL Online Tutor (Ref:ESLTALK) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to speakers of other languages across different age groups and proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Planning and delivering interactive online lessons
- Using digital platforms and materials aligned with ESOL learning objectives
- Providing constructive feedback on learners’ performance
- Assessing learners’ progress
- Adapting teaching approaches to different learning styles
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance, homework, and assessments

Additional responsibilities involve:
- Communicating clearly with learners and, where applicable, their guardians
- Participating in training or team meetings scheduled in GMT+7
- Ensuring a positive, inclusive, and engaging online learning environment
Qualifications
- Good command of spoken and written English, with clear, neutral online communication
- Reliable internet connection, suitable computer equipment, and a quiet workspace for remote teaching
- Strong organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered approach to teaching
