Role Description
The Entry-Level ESOL Online Tutor (Ref: EDU13/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to speakers of other languages via online platforms. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Planning and delivering engaging ESOL lessons
- Providing individualized support and feedback to learners
- Adapting teaching materials to different proficiency levels and learning styles
- Assessing learner progress
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
- Communicating regularly with learners and, where applicable, guardians or partner institutions

Responsibilities also include:
- Participating in periodic training sessions
- Following established curricula and teaching guidelines
- Using digital tools to create an interactive, inclusive, and culturally sensitive learning environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated patience, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to motivate and encourage learners of varying ages and backgrounds.
- A TEFL/TESOL certificate or equivalent training is highly beneficial; prior online teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
