Role Description
The Entry-Level ESOL Online Tutor (Ref: EDU14/26) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging online English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels.
Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting live virtual classes
- Using online platforms and digital resources to teach English language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Assessing learners’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting lesson plans to meet individual learning goals and cultural backgrounds
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
- Communicating with learners or guardians as needed
- Participating in ongoing training or team meetings to improve teaching practice and stay informed about best methodologies in ESOL instruction

Qualifications
- Skills in Online Tutoring and Tutoring to support learners effectively in virtual and one-to-one settings
- Strong communication skills
