Role Description

The Entry-Level ESOL Online Tutor (Ref: EDU14/26) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging online English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and conducting live virtual classes
  • Using online platforms and digital resources to teach English language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing
  • Assessing learners’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting lesson plans to meet individual learning goals and cultural backgrounds
  • Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
  • Communicating with learners or guardians as needed
  • Participating in ongoing training or team meetings to improve teaching practice and stay informed about best methodologies in ESOL instruction
