Role Description
The Entry-Level ESOL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU15/26) will deliver live, interactive English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels through online platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting engaging ESOL lessons, assessing learner needs, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of learner progress. The tutor will use digital tools and resources to support language acquisition, manage virtual classrooms, and communicate clearly with learners and, where applicable, their guardians or institutional partners. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability, professionalism, and adherence to eTEFL Training & Recruitment’s teaching standards and guidelines.

Qualifications
Comfort with using video conferencing tools, learning management systems, and digital teaching resources. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Prior experience with ESOL learners or online teaching is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
