Role Description
The Entry-Level ESOL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU15/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering interactive ESOL lessons
- Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions
- Using digital tools to support language learning
- Assessing learner progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Adjusting lesson content based on individual needs and goals
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
- Communicating clearly with learners and, where applicable, their guardians
- Participating in ongoing training or mentoring to develop teaching skills

Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills and clear, neutral pronunciation.
