Role Description
The Entry-Level ESOL Online Tutor (Ref: EDU17/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to speakers of other languages in a virtual classroom setting. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Planning and delivering online lessons
- Using digital tools and platforms to engage learners of varying ages and proficiency levels
- Assessing student progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Adapting lesson plans to meet individual learning needs and goals
Responsibilities also include:
- Maintaining accurate records of lessons and attendance
- Communicating clearly with learners and, when applicable, their caregivers
- Participating in ongoing training or development sessions offered by eTEFL Training & Recruitment

Qualifications
- Strong digital literacy
- Reliable internet access
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
