As our campaigns continue to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused individual to join our Events and Promotions team. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, contributing to energetic campaign environments and developing practical skills in customer engagement, events and brand representation.
Previous events or marketing experience is not required. From your first day, you will receive structured training, practical coaching and ongoing mentorship to help you understand the campaign and become confident in your responsibilities.
About the Opportunity
Working as part of our Events and Promotions team, you will support client campaigns across a variety of promotional environments and event locations throughout the region.
Your focus will be on helping create organised, engaging and professional campaign experiences. This includes preparing for daily activity, interacting with customers, representing client brands and supporting the wider team in achieving campaign objectives.
Every day brings different conversations, locations and responsibilities. This is a fast-paced, people-centred environment suited to someone who prefers practical involvement and face-to-face interaction over repetitive office-based work.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting promotional campaigns and event-based activities
- Representing client brands professionally at campaign locations
- Engaging directly with customers through friendly face-to-face conversations
- Helping create positive and memorable customer experiences
- Assisting with event preparation and daily campaign organisation
- Communicating campaign messages clearly and accurately
- Working collaboratively with a supportive and ambitious team
- Contributing towards campaign goals and performance targets
- Participating in ongoing coaching and development sessions

Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service or promotions can be helpful, but it is not essential. More importantly, you should be reliable, open to feedback and willing to take responsibility for your own development.

Important Information
This is a face-to-face opportunity based in Maidstone, Kent, with campaign activity taking place across multiple locations throughout the region. Applicants must be able to commute reliably to the Maidstone office.
This opportunity operates on a self employed basis and offers a performance based earnings structure. It is designed for individuals who value independence, flexibility, and the opportunity to directly influence their own results and career progression.
