About Ascenda Global
Ascenda Global is a growing sales and customer acquisition company working with established brands to deliver engaging, results-driven campaigns. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Glasgow team as Entry-Level Events & Sales Associates, combining customer engagement, live campaigns and sales experience with structured training and career development.
The Opportunity
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being part of an energetic team and learning through practical experience. You'll work across live events and customer-facing campaigns, representing client brands, engaging with customers and supporting customer acquisition. No previous sales or events experience is required. Full training is provided, with ongoing coaching to help you develop your communication, sales and business skills.

What You'll Be Doing
- Represent client brands at events and customer-facing campaigns
- Engage directly with customers and create positive brand experiences
- Support sales and customer acquisition activities
- Develop communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Learn practical sales and business development techniques
- Work towards individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development
