Aspect Capital is an award-winning systematic hedge fund based in London that manages over $9 billion of client assets. The Trading team is responsible for monitoring and managing the execution of trades across global markets. This role offers the opportunity to build front-office trading experience in a systematic investment environment.
The Role
We are looking for an Entry Level Execution Trader to join our London Trading team to provide coverage across global time zones. We are looking for someone who is bright, reliable, and keen to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor automated order flow and escalate issues where required.
- Assist with basic trade execution under the guidance of experienced traders or trading systems.
- Support the supervision of market impact and algorithmic execution performance.
- Help monitor calendar rolls, spreads, and other scheduled trading activity.
- Compile trading, execution, and performance statistics, daily reports, and accurate records.
- Liaise with brokers and internal teams where appropriate.
Shift Pattern
The successful candidate will be based in London and will support global trading coverage. This role will be driven by a rotating shift pattern covering European, US, and Asia-Pacific market hours, including early mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts. Approximately 50% of this role will be spent on overnight shifts.

Requirements
Essential
- Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
- Good numerical ability; Maths A-Level or equivalent aptitude.
- Good computing skills.
Desirable
- Basic understanding of coding, SQL, or data analysis.
