CMC Partners, part of the G&E Group, is a specialist Executive Search and Consulting firm working across the Construction, Engineering and Finance industries. We partner with some of the most respected organisations in the US, helping them identify and secure the leaders who shape the future of their sectors.
We are now looking for ambitious graduates (2025/2026 year of graduation) to join our growing team as Executive Search Consultants, where you’ll gain the skills, training, and experience to build a successful career in executive search and talent consulting.
The Role
As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact recruitment and advisory projects. You will:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and talent strategies
- Research, identify, and engage with senior-level professionals across specialist markets
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial briefing to offer negotiation and placement
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates while developing your own sector expertise

Previous experience in client-facing, research, or sales-related roles is beneficial but not essential.
