German-Speaking Recruitment Consultant

Location: Farringdon, London

Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 5 days per week in the office

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a motivated German-Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and manage the full 360° recruitment process across the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and build relationships with clients across Germany.
  • Identify hiring opportunities and develop new and existing accounts.
  • Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and direct approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate networks and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and detailed qualification calls.
  • Match candidates to suitable vacancies and present them to clients.
  • Manage interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and offers.
  • Manage candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Provide clients with recruitment, salary, and market insights.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM.
  • Meet individual and team revenue, activity, and placement targets.
  • Develop specialist knowledge of the German market and relevant industries.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and strong English, written and spoken.
  • Recruitment, sales, business development, or account management experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially driven, resilient, and target-focused.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable with proactive calling, networking, and business development.
  • Able to work 5 days per week from the office.
