About the Role
Are you a recent graduate, career changer, or someone looking to start a career in IT Support?
We are looking for motivated individuals to begin their IT career in an L1/L2 IT Support environment. You do not need previous professional IT experience. What matters is your interest in technology, willingness to learn, and ability to solve technical problems.
You will support users with day-to-day technical issues while developing practical experience across hardware, software, networks, operating systems, and IT service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Support user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access requests.
- Diagnose basic network and connectivity problems.
- Log, update, and resolve incidents through an IT service desk or ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when required.
- Follow IT security, data protection, and company support procedures.
- Maintain clear records of troubleshooting and resolutions.

Education
A degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Networking, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline can be helpful, but relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
