About The Role
Leadership is difficult to learn from the sidelines.
At BasePoint, future team leaders are developed from the ground up. You start in the customer-facing operation, learn what the team does first-hand, then move into coaching, team development and coordination.
Team leadership here means being accountable for your team's results and for the growth of the people in it. We're looking for ambitious individuals who want to understand how a commercial team really operates, and who are prepared to earn greater leadership responsibility through consistent performance.

You'll work alongside our field teams, learning our campaigns and building the skills to eventually support others.
- Engaging directly with customers across field-based campaigns
- Learning our customer acquisition and sales process
- Representing brands professionally
- Building communication and commercial awareness
- Working towards individual and team objectives
- Taking part in regular training and performance reviews

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
