Entry Level Management – Leadership Development

BasePoint | Full-time | London (On-site)

Leadership is difficult to learn from the sidelines. Our approach is to develop future team leaders from the ground up starting with first-hand experience of the customer-facing operation before introducing coaching, team development and coordination responsibilities.

We're looking for ambitious individuals who want to understand how a commercial team operates and, through consistent performance and development, work towards greater leadership responsibility.

Starting From the Ground Up

You'll initially work alongside our customer-facing teams, learning the fundamentals of our campaigns and developing the skills required to eventually support others.

Your initial responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with customers across field-based campaigns
  • Learning our customer acquisition and sales processes
  • Representing brands professionally
  • Developing communication and commercial awareness
  • Working towards individual and team objectives
  • Participating in regular training and performance reviews

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We believe future leaders should understand the role they're eventually responsible for supporting.

Developing Into Leadership

Once you've demonstrated competency in the fundamentals, your development can begin to include:

  • Supporting newer team members
  • Developing coaching and feedback skills
  • Understanding team performance and KPIs
  • Assisting with team meetings and campaign preparation
  • Learning how to organise and coordinate a field-based team
  • Taking on increased responsibility as your capability develops

Progression isn't automatic or based simply on time served. Additional responsibilities are based on performance, consistency and demonstrated leadership capability.
