Entry Level Management

Caledonia Group is looking for ambitious individuals to join our Entry Level Management programme in Edinburgh.

If you’re looking to start your career and want to gain practical experience across sales, customer acquisition, business development and leadership, this is an opportunity to learn by doing.

You’ll begin by working directly with customers and supporting live client campaigns, building the communication, commercial and leadership skills needed to take on greater responsibility within the business.
