We’re a growing face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition agency based in Birmingham, offering an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to join our Entry Level Management Programme.

This role is designed for people who are eager to develop professional skills, take on leadership responsibilities, and build a long-term career. Through hands-on experience, structured training, and ongoing mentorship, you’ll gain exposure to sales, marketing, team leadership, and business operations.

No previous management experience is required—we’re looking for attitude, ambition, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Representing clients through face-to-face customer engagement campaigns
  • Learning effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Building strong relationships with customers and delivering excellent service
  • Developing communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Working alongside experienced managers and mentors
  • Supporting daily team operations and performance initiatives
  • Participating in ongoing coaching and professional development sessions
