Bespoke Global is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals ready to take their first real step into management.
If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, events, recruitment, sports or another people-facing environment, you’ll already have many of the skills we value. You might be ready for more responsibility, looking for a career with progression, or simply thinking, “There’s got to be more than just doing the same thing every day.” That’s where we come in.
This is an entry-level management opportunity designed to develop your skills across team leadership, business development, customer acquisition, campaign management and business operations — with structured training and support from experienced leaders.
And yes, we’re based right in Newcastle city centre. No weekends. No endless university requirements. Just a Monday–Friday opportunity to build something for yourself.
What You’ll Be Doing
You won’t be expected to walk in knowing everything. You’ll learn through practical experience, coaching and increasing responsibility.

Your role will develop across:
- Supporting and leading a team to achieve daily and weekly objectives
- Helping deliver customer acquisition and marketing campaigns
- Developing strong customer relationships and professional communication
- Supporting business development and growth initiatives
- Assisting with the onboarding, coaching and development of new team members
- Monitoring team performance and helping identify areas for improvement
- Taking responsibility for day-to-day business operations and organisation
- Working alongside senior leaders and gradually taking ownership of projects
As you develop, your responsibilities will grow with you.

Previous management experience is welcome, but not essential. Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, recruitment, sport or other customer-facing roles can be particularly useful — but we’re equally interested in people with the right attitude and transferable skills.
