About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Entry Level Management Trainee to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in business, sales, leadership, and management. The role focuses on customer engagement, business development, operational efficiency, and leadership training within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to campaign performance and support KPI improvements
- Participate in a structured training programme focused on communication, leadership, sales, and business development
- Support team initiatives aimed at improving performance metrics and customer acquisition
- Attend networking events, workshops, and industry conferences
- Represent leading UK brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions
- Assist with daily business operations and campaign-related activities
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience and mentorship
