Looking for an opportunity where you can develop real leadership skills, take on responsibility and progress based on performance?
Talent Catch is recruiting on behalf of a growing Nottingham-based sales and marketing company for ambitious individuals to join its leadership development programme as an Entry Level Manager.
The client specialises in human-to-human marketing and customer acquisition, helping brands grow through direct, results-focused campaigns.
This opportunity is designed for people who want to learn by doing. You’ll gain hands-on experience across sales, customer engagement, team development and business operations while receiving structured coaching from experienced mentors.
No previous management or sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing development are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Learning and applying proven customer engagement and sales techniques
- Supporting face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns
- Working alongside experienced leaders to understand campaign performance and client objectives
- Developing communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Learning how teams are coached, developed and supported
- Taking on increasing responsibility as your experience and performance develop
- Working towards progression into leadership and management based on results

What We're Looking For

- A proactive approach to challenges and problem solving
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events or team-based environments can be beneficial but is not essential.
Training & Development
Successful applicants will receive structured, hands-on training covering areas including:

- Performance coaching
- Business operations

Earnings & Working Structure
This opportunity operates on a self-employed basis, with earnings generated through an uncapped commission-based structure rather than a fixed salary.
The structure is suited to individuals who enjoy working towards measurable goals and want their earning potential to reflect their performance.
