Looking for an opportunity where you can build confidence, develop practical skills and work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment?

Talent Catch is recruiting on behalf of a growing Nottingham-based sales and marketing company for motivated individuals to join its face-to-face marketing team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who prefer learning through experience rather than theory alone. You’ll work across live campaign environments, venues and promotional spaces, representing established brands and engaging directly with customers through confident, professional conversations.

No previous experience is required. The client provides structured training, daily coaching and ongoing support to help you develop from the outset.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engaging directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
  • Representing client brands in a professional and engaging way
  • Supporting customer acquisition across live marketing campaigns
  • Learning how to guide conversations naturally from introduction through to outcome
  • Working towards individual and team performance goals
  • Developing communication, confidence and resilience through practical experience
  • Taking part in daily coaching and structured development sessions
  • Working alongside experienced team leaders and receiving real-time feedback
  • Supporting campaigns across different venues and promotional environments
  • Campaign travel across the UK may also be available, providing additional experience and opportunities to work with the wider team.

Working Structure

This opportunity is based in Nottingham, and applicants should be able to commute to the client location regularly.

Successful applicants will operate with the client on a self-employed basis, with earnings generated through an uncapped commission-based structure rather than a fixed salary. This structure gives individuals direct influence over their earning potential and is best suited to people who value independence, flexibility and performance-based rewards.
