Brand Representation | Customer Engagement | Business Development

Looking for an opportunity where you can gain practical marketing experience, work directly with customers, and develop commercially valuable skills?

Talent Catch is recruiting on behalf of a growing Nottingham-based sales and marketing company for individuals looking to begin or develop a career in customer acquisition, event marketing, brand representation, and business development.

The client works with established brands through direct, face-to-face marketing campaigns designed to create positive customer experiences and measurable growth. This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll learn through real campaign activity rather than theory alone. You’ll receive structured coaching, work alongside experienced team members, and develop confidence, communication, and commercial awareness from the outset. No previous experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating positive and memorable customer experiences through face-to-face engagement
  • Representing client brands in a professional and engaging way
  • Supporting customer acquisition through clear, purposeful conversations
  • Learning how to understand customer needs and communicate relevant solutions
  • Working alongside experienced team members to improve your approach and performance
  • Contributing towards team and campaign objectives
  • Attending workshops focused on communication, marketing, and personal development

What We're Looking For

  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • An interest in marketing, sales, business, or leadership
  • Motivation to progress through performance and personal development

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, or sales can be beneficial, but it is not essential.

Working Structure

This opportunity is based in Nottingham, and applicants should be able to commute to the client location regularly. Successful applicants will operate with the client on a self-employed basis, with earnings generated through an uncapped, performance-based commission structure rather than a fixed salary. The arrangement is best suited to individuals who value independence and are comfortable working towards measurable targets, with the ability to directly influence their earning potential through performance.
