Looking for an opportunity to build a career in marketing and sales while gaining real-world experience from day one?
Moon Moments is a recruitment and talent acquisition partner recruiting on behalf of an expanding client in North West London. We're currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their growing team as an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Assistant.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in face-to-face marketing, brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Working directly with members of the public, you'll represent nationally recognised charity campaigns, helping to raise awareness, build meaningful relationships, and encourage long-term support for worthwhile causes.
Unlike traditional office or digital marketing roles, this is a community-based marketing position where you'll engage with people in busy shopping areas, residential neighbourhoods, and other public spaces where people live, work, and shop. Every conversation is an opportunity to increase brand awareness, educate the public, and create a positive experience.
No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching, and structured development will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for graduates, career changers, and anyone looking to launch a long-term career.

About the Role
As an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll represent inspiring charity campaigns through professional face-to-face interactions within local communities. Your role will focus on promoting campaign awareness, engaging members of the public, and helping people understand the positive impact they can make by becoming long-term supporters. You'll combine marketing, communication, and customer engagement skills to create memorable and meaningful conversations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering face-to-face marketing campaigns across North West London
- Representing nationally recognised charities with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Building brand awareness through engaging public interactions
- Educating members of the public about charity missions, campaigns, and community impact
- Creating positive customer experiences and building genuine relationships
- Supporting new supporters through a professional and compliant sign-up process
- Working towards individual and team performance objectives
- Attending regular coaching sessions, campaign briefings, and ongoing training

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, events, marketing, or sales is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Earnings & Benefits
- Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
