We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required, our Clear Academy has been designed to give you everything you need to build a successful career from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Joining our 12-week Clear Academy training programme
- Learning the fundamentals of recruitment from experienced consultants and our L&D team
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases
- Building and managing your own candidate network
- Working with clients and candidates across global markets
- Creating job adverts and marketing your roles across multiple platforms
- Developing your commercial and sales skills
- Specialising within a niche vertical across our Data Center and Energy markets
- Working towards becoming a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant
