We are working with a fast-growing specialist recruitment consultancy operating across high-growth markets. They are looking for ambitious athletes who want to transfer the skills developed through elite sport into a successful career in recruitment.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will join a supportive and ambitious team and receive structured training from day one. You will be supported through hands-on learning, regular coaching and ongoing mentorship as you develop into a successful Recruitment Consultant.

  • Identify and engage high-quality candidates within specialist markets.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.
  • Write and advertise job opportunities across multiple platforms.
  • Develop your own specialist market and client base.
  • Work towards individual and team targets within a high-performance environment.
