Key Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants in sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for client assignments
- Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability and alignment with client needs
- Build and maintain relationships with professionals in the Finance, IT, and Business Transformation sectors
- Assist in developing job adverts and marketing materials to attract top talent
- Update and track candidate and client activity within our recruitment software
- Arrange and participate in candidate and client meetings and networking events
- Contribute to research on market trends and key industry insights
- Consistently deliver service excellence to candidates and clients
Requirements and Key Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive approach, personal initiative, and the ambition to succeed
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Team player with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with others
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- No recruitment experience required—full training provided
- Degree or equivalent experience welcome but not essential
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous
