The Harnham Academy
Months 1-3 | Learn the Fundamentals
As part of our Recruitment Academy, you'll receive industry-leading training while working alongside experienced consultants. You'll learn how to:
- Find and engage top talent
- Build meaningful relationships with candidates
- Conduct qualification and career conversations
- Write effective job adverts
- Manage interview processes
- Understand the fast-growing Data & AI market
- Support live recruitment projects for leading clients
You'll begin your career in a candidate-focused recruitment role, developing expertise in sourcing, attraction and candidate management while gaining exposure to the commercial side of the business.
Months 3-6 | Build Your Expertise
Once you've established yourself, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Specialise as a 180 Recruiter, becoming a market expert focused on candidate delivery and talent acquisition.
- Or
- Progress into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, owning both candidate and client relationships while managing the full recruitment lifecycle and growing your own portfolio.
