LAPS only works with current or former elite athletes. To be considered for this role you MUST have competed in elite sport.

This is a really exciting entry-level recruitment consultant role with a recruitment business working in the Education sector. They understand the value athletes can bring to their organisation and are excited at the opportunity of working with you.

Based: Manchester

Salary: £28k base, with exceptional commission structure.

The Role

As an entry-level Recruitment Consultant, you will join their growing Manchester team and be trained to become a full 360 Recruitment Consultant.

  • Develop new relationships across Greater Manchester to generate new business opportunities.
  • Proactively manage and develop existing client relationships.
  • Source candidates
  • Manage the full candidate journey from initial interview through to placement.
