Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

What the role involves:

  • You will be managing the full end-to-end recruitment process including business development to build and establish new professional relationships as well as proactive candidate resourcing via Linked-In, Job Boards, Adverts, and Referrals
  • You will be required to use selling and negotiation skills on multiple levels from sourcing/feedback & offer stages.

What we require:

  • Desire to work within a sales environment and to targets/previous experience in sales or a target-based environment
  • Complete fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Additional fluency in Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Polish are also welcomed (but not required)
