Guerrilla Marketing is looking for ambitious individuals who want to develop practical commercial skills in a fast-moving, people-focused environment.

Our campaigns are built around human interaction. We represent brands through face-to-face sales and marketing, creating conversations that introduce customers to products, services and causes in a clear and engaging way.

For someone entering the industry, it is an opportunity to build confidence, improve communication skills and gain experience in a results-driven environment.

What we're looking for

We are not searching for someone with the perfect CV or years of industry experience.

We are more interested in the attitude you bring. The people who perform well in our environment are willing to listen, apply feedback and continue improving. They remain positive when challenged, take responsibility for their results and understand that confidence develops through experience.

You will receive practical introductory training to help you understand our campaigns, approach customers naturally and communicate on behalf of a client professionally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
