Entry Level Sales and Customer Service Role - Immediate Starts
Full-Time Equivalent Position (£24,000 - £30,000 OTE)
Looking for a role that will support you and develop your skills within fast-paced sales and customer-facing environments?

Our client, a well-established sales and marketing company located in Croydon, is currently on the lookout for ambitious individuals to support their ongoing growth and rising client demand.
The key attributes they are looking for are:
- Positive and Proactive: A "can-do" attitude is essential.
- Professional: Maintain a professional manner and appearance.
- High Standards: Committed to high customer service standards.
- Full Availability: Full-time availability (4/5 days a week between Monday and Saturday).
Note: This role is NOT suitable for international students or those in full-time education.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generating New Business: Building a new customer base for clients within residential environments.
- Team Collaboration: Working alongside a motivated and high-energy sales team.
- Customer Service: Providing high-quality service and brand representation.
- Sales Acquisition: Driving results through face-to-face interactions.

Experience is not necessary for this full-time equivalent, self-employed, commission-based role due to their development programme. However, experience in the following areas may give you a head start: retail, warehouse, administration, receptionist, customer service, marketing, sales assistant, cleaner, promotions, events coordinator, or any kind of hospitality (hotel, front of house, or bar) experience. Why? If you have a background in any of these areas, you will have already developed a strong work ethic and essential communication skills.
