Sales Assistant - Entry Level Role
Central Nottingham - Immediate Starts Available (Full-Time Equivalent)
Considering a new challenge or a change of direction
Interested in gaining practical sales experience while receiving full training and ongoing coaching from the start
Based in Central Nottingham, our client is a growing sales and marketing company representing recognised brands through face-to-face residential campaigns across Nottingham.
They're looking for motivated individuals who want to gain practical experience, develop their skills and build a long-term career in sales. No previous experience is required, with full client training, ongoing coaching and practical support provided from the start.
What They're Looking For
- Full-Time Availability: 4/5 days a week (Mon-Sat)
- Strong English communication skills and confidence speaking with people face-to-face.
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Motivation to gain experience and commit to a long-term opportunity.
Training, Coaching & Progression
- Full Training: Client and product training provided from the start – no previous sales experience required.
- Ongoing Coaching: Regular coaching, feedback and support to help strengthen your sales approach.
- Career Development: Build practical sales and customer engagement experience, with opportunities to take on more responsibility.
- Progression: Leadership opportunities may become available for consistent performers.

This sales and customer service role will include the following aspects:
- Engage with customers face-to-face across residential locations in Nottingham.
- Represent recognised brands and support customer acquisition.
- Build rapport and provide a positive customer experience.
- Work towards sales objectives while developing your skills through training and coaching.

Our client welcomes graduates and individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Previous experience within customer service, retail, hospitality, front of house, care, events, promotions, call centres, sales or other people-facing environments may provide useful transferable skills, but no previous sales experience is required. This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis, with earnings generated through uncapped commission and performance incentives rather than a fixed salary.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4-5 full days per week (Mon-Sat).
