Sales Assistant (Entry Level) - No Experience Required
Please Note Before Applying: Candidates must have the unrestricted right to work full-time in the UK and full-time equivalent availability of 4–5 full days per week (Monday–Saturday). This is a long-term opportunity and is not suitable for candidates currently in school, college or university, or current international students.

Our Central London-based client is expanding their customer-facing team and is looking for confident, motivated individuals to represent recognised fundraising brands through face-to-face event and retail campaigns across London.
No previous sales experience is required, with client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions available from the start.
Ideal Candidate:
- Full-time equivalent availability of 4–5 full days per week (Monday–Saturday).
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence engaging with new people face-to-face.
- A positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
- A genuine interest in developing within a long-term customer-facing opportunity.

The Role:
- Representing recognised fundraising brands through face-to-face event and retail campaigns across London.
- Engaging with potential customers, building rapport and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Presenting client campaigns clearly and answering customer questions.
- Working towards individual and team sales goals while developing your communication and customer engagement skills.

No previous experience is required. Those with experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, promotions or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply, although previous experience is not essential.
Successful applicants will join the client on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus uncapped commission and performance incentives, with earnings paid weekly.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university) or current international students. Due to availability, applicants must be able to commit to 4–5 full working days per week (Monday–Saturday).
