Entry-Level Sales Opportunity in Central London (Full-time Equivalent)

Client Training, Upskilling Opportunities & Immediate Starts Available

Looking to develop new skills within a customer-facing sales environment?

Our client, a growing sales and marketing company based in Central London, is looking for motivated Entry Level Sales Associates to join their team. Client training, invitations to daily upskilling sessions and ongoing support are available from the start, making this opportunity suitable for individuals with or without previous experience.

Successful individuals will represent recognised non-profit organisations through retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings across the London area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Customer Acquisition: Supporting client campaigns by engaging with customers face-to-face.
  • Campaign Representation: Working as part of a customer-facing team across event-based campaigns within the London area.
  • Customer Engagement: Developing communication and customer service skills through face-to-face interactions.

The Rewards:

  • A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day), where applicable, plus commission and financial incentives.
  • Gain customer-facing experience alongside client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions.
  • Recognition: Competitions, incentives and recognition experiences (such as road trips and team days out) may be available based on performance.
  • Team Activities: BBQs, bowling nights, socials and other team activities may be available throughout the year.
  • Opportunities to attend networking experiences and annual R&Rs may become available.

No previous experience is required. Individuals from retail, hospitality, marketing, customer service, administration, events, promotions and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.

This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.
