Launch Your Sales Career - Entry Level Sales Associate
Build Customer-Facing Experience | No Previous Experience Required
Looking for an opportunity where you can build skills while working directly with customers?
Our client is a growing sales and marketing company operating across London, representing recognised non-profit brands through retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based campaigns.
No previous sales experience is required. Client training is available from the start, alongside invitations to regular upskilling sessions as you gain practical experience within sales and customer engagement.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Full-Time Equivalent Availability – 5 days a week.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence engaging with customers face-to-face.
- A positive, proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No previous sales experience is required – applicants from retail, hospitality, marketing, customer service, front of house, waiting staff, administration or other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with customers at retail pop-ups, promotional events and other campaign locations.
- Introducing customers to relevant products, services or campaigns.
- Answering questions and providing clear information.
- Delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
- Supporting customer acquisition activities and accurately completing relevant customer records.
Earnings & Incentives
Successful individuals will have access to:
- Brand Awareness Fee: Earn a daily fee paid to you when representing a client, where applicable.
- Commission: Uncapped commission based on performance.
- Performance Incentives: Additional performance incentives may be available.
- Weekly Earnings: Earnings are paid weekly.
Client Training & Upskilling
Client training is available to help you understand the campaigns and brands you’ll represent. You may also receive invitations to daily upskilling sessions focused on communication, customer engagement and brand representation.
Team Opportunities
Our client offers a social and collaborative environment with opportunities to work alongside experienced individuals. Those performing strongly may also receive invitations to networking opportunities, recognition events, annual R&Rs and team activities.
