About the company:
This small company helps workplaces serve great coffee. As a B Corp certified business, they care just as much about the farmer growing the coffee as they do about the person drinking it at their desk.
And having recently hired a Revenue & Insights Analyst with us, they are now looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator (Growth & Deal Closer). Both roles will form a partnership, helping the founder secure new clients. You'll pick up the warm, already-interested leads from their Revenue & Insights Analyst, and take them the rest of the way, from that first conversation through to a signed deal.
This role isn't just about closing deals. It's about bringing people into that mission in a way that feels genuine, not sales-y. There's no cold-calling and no chasing leads from scratch here. It's all about listening well, building trust, and knowing how to read a room.
You don't need a background in sales, what matters is that you're a fast learner, good with people, and comfortable holding long conversations without losing energy, while still being able to switch into careful, detail-focused mode when it's time to put a quote together.
The company will train you up on their coffee equipment and the process of turning a curious prospect into a signed contract, so that you can feel confident to take ownership of your work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the handover – Pick up the warm, qualified leads and start building rapport and trust with the client from the very first conversation.
- Get out and meet people – Once you're trained up, you'll travel to client sites across London and the wider UK to see their space, understand their team, and recommend the right setup.
- Run consultations and quotes – Talk clients through their options and put together quotes that are accurate and easy to understand. Precision matters here.
- Close deals, the right way – Guide the conversation from consultation through to a signed agreement, keeping things honest and free of pressure.
- Get to know the product properly – Learn the coffee machinery range inside out, so you can answer questions with confidence and help clients choose well.
- Own your own diary – Balance calls, site visits, and admin across your week without needing someone to check in on you.
- Stay visible and connected – Keep the team in the loop on how things are going, even when you're working remotely or out on-site.
Who would love this role
- You genuinely enjoy people, you'd rather listen and understand than push a pitch, and you build trust quickly without it ever feeling forced.
- You can read a room. You notice tone, body language, and hesitation, and you adjust how you're coming across.
- You can hold long conversations without losing steam, but you can also switch into focused, detail-oriented mode when it's time to get the numbers right.
- You'd get bored sitting behind a spreadsheet all day. You want to be talking to people, not just data.
- You're a fast learner who's happy to be trained up, rather than someone who wants to walk in already knowing it all. You want to understand why a specific model works better for a 200-person law firm versus a 40-person creative studio.
- You're comfortable managing your own time and don't need constant direction once you know what you're doing.
- You care about how a deal gets done, not just whether it does. Long-term trust matters more to you than a quick win.
- You're drawn to businesses that try to do right by people, not just profit, and you'd want to genuinely believe in what you're selling.
