Salary: £26k plus uncapped commission
Location: Glasgow (Office-Based)

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the heart of the business. Your job? To speak with potential customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to solutions that genuinely make a difference.

Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Speaking with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Following proven sales scripts while bringing your own personality & drive
- Asking the right questions to understand customer needs and close sales
- Keeping internal systems up to date and accurate
- Using your initiative to meet targets and identify future opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communication skills and a strong telephone manner
- A target-driven mindset and a hunger to succeed
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new ways of working
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Progression & Earning Potential

- £1,500–£2,000 monthly commission potential (with new schemes up to £2,500)
- Progression within 9–12 months for top achievers
- Clear pathways into larger accounts (HGV), field sales, and enterprise roles
- Senior roles offering £4,000–£5,000 monthly commission for top earners
