This is an opportunity to join a well-established name in construction, where you’ll learn how to build conversations, open doors, and lay the foundations for a successful sales career.

The Role

As an SDR, you’ll be the starting point of the sales process — helping to create opportunities through thoughtful outreach and strong first impressions.

Day-to-day, You’ll

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, LinkedIn, and email
  • Start conversations and introduce Westgate’s interior solutions offering
  • Qualify interest and uncover project needs through early-stage discovery
  • Book meetings for senior sales / Account Executives
  • Research companies, contacts, and upcoming projects
  • Keep activity organised and up to date on CRM systems
