As our campaigns continue to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused individual to join our Sales and Promotions team. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in energetic environments and developing practical skills in customer engagement, communication and brand representation.
Previous sales experience is not required. From your first day, you will receive structured training, practical coaching and ongoing mentorship to help you understand the campaign and develop confidence in your approach.
About the Opportunity
Working as part of our Sales and Promotions team, you will represent established client brands across a variety of promotional environments and campaign locations throughout the region. Your focus will be on creating positive first impressions, engaging customers through professional face-to-face conversations and helping each brand build meaningful relationships with its audience.
Every day brings new conversations, different customers and fresh opportunities to improve. This is a fast-paced, people-centred environment suited to someone who prefers active interaction over repetitive office-based work.
What You Will Be Doing
- Representing client brands at promotional and event-based campaigns
- Engaging directly with customers through professional face-to-face conversations
- Introducing products, services and campaign messages clearly
- Building trust through genuine interaction and strong product knowledge
- Contributing towards campaign objectives and performance targets
- Working collaboratively with a supportive and ambitious team
- Participating in ongoing coaching and development sessions

Training and Development
Our training is designed to help you develop both professionally and personally. You will gain practical experience in:

As your confidence and performance develop, there may be opportunities to take on greater responsibility, including supporting newer team members, coordinating campaign activity and developing leadership skills.
Who We Are Looking For
We are interested in individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn.
You should be comfortable speaking with new people, able to adapt your communication style and motivated by personal goals. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions or another people-facing environment can be helpful, but it is not essential.

This is a face-to-face opportunity based in Maidstone, Kent, with campaign activity taking place across multiple locations throughout the region. Applicants must be able to commute reliably to the Maidstone office.
