Entry Level Sales Executive

Your Responsibilities
Building Customer Relationships
- Engage with prospective and existing SME customers to understand their business needs.
- Identify opportunities to introduce tailored shipping and logistics solutions.
- Build trust and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Sales Training & Development
- Complete a comprehensive 12-month training programme designed to accelerate your sales career.
- Learn key sales techniques, including consultative selling, negotiation, customer engagement, and account growth.

Customer Success & Account Support
- Support customers throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
- Assist with pricing enquiries, service improvements, account reviews, and day-to-day account management.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and resolve customer challenges.
